Terms of Service

Updated: 27 July 2026

Vibe is under active development. These rules can change — anything important gets announced in our Telegram channel.

1. Who runs Vibe

Vibe is made and run by one independent developer. There is no company behind it — no legal entity, no team, no call centre. When you write to support, a person reads it. Email: support@vibe-app.net. Everyday questions: our Telegram group.

2. What Vibe is

You describe an app in plain words and an AI agent builds it inside an isolated environment created for you. You get a chat with the agent, a live preview, a file manager, a change history with rollback, and publishing in one click. The service is young and moves fast: features, limits and prices can change.

3. Agreeing to this

By creating an account and using Vibe you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If something here does not work for you, please do not use the service.

4. Your account

You sign up through Telegram — that is the only way in. In your profile you can link an email address and then sign in with it on the web and desktop: we mail you a sign-in link. There are no passwords in Vibe at all. Telegram cannot be unlinked, because the account is built on it; email you can change or remove whenever you like. Registration can be closed for a while — that switch exists and we may use it. Everything that happens under your account is on you, so keep your Telegram and your mailbox safe. Vibe is not meant for children under 13, which is also Telegram’s own minimum age.

5. Credits and plans

The agent’s work is measured in credits. The Free plan gives 500 credits a month, paid plans give more. The monthly pool refreshes when the plan renews, and whatever is left does not carry over. Credit packs bought separately do not expire. Credits are taken for the work actually done, and the work quality switch decides how fast they go: the higher you set it, the better the result and the quicker the burn.

6. Payments

You can pay with Telegram Stars or with cryptocurrency. The payment itself happens entirely on the provider’s side — card details and wallet keys never reach us, only the fact of the payment, its amount, currency and status. Credits land on your balance after the provider confirms the payment, not before. Nothing is charged automatically: there is no recurring payment and no card kept on file, so there is nothing to cancel. When a paid period ends and it has not been paid again, the account simply moves back to the free plan. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment providers have their own rules and their own fees, and crypto rates move while you pay.

7. Refunds, and your acceptance of how they work

Credits that have already been spent are not returned: the work behind them was done, and paid for on our side. A refund is possible only on a justified request, and every request is reviewed and approved personally by the author of the platform — for example a technical failure on our side, a double charge, or a payment that never turned into credits. By paying for a plan or a credit pack you accept this order of refunds. The details, including what to send us, are in the Refund Policy.

8. Your projects and your code

What you build is yours. The prompts you write, the files in your environment and the code the agent produces for you belong to you, and we make no claim on your projects. To run the service we need your permission to store that project, run it, back it up and — once you press publish — serve it to visitors. It covers nothing else, and it ends when you delete the project.

Two honest caveats about generated code: similar instructions produce similar code for different people, so what you get is not guaranteed to be unique, and the agent may pull in open-source libraries that come with their own licences. Read what you ship.

9. What the agent sees

For the agent to work at all, the content of your messages and the project files it needs are sent to the AI infrastructure provider it runs on. There is no version of this service without that. What goes where is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.

10. What you must not do

Do not use the environment, the agent or a published app for any of this:

  • anything illegal, including content that is illegal to store or share;
  • phishing, scams, fake shops and malware;
  • spam and mass messaging nobody asked for;
  • crypto mining, or any computing in the environment that has nothing to do with your project;
  • attacks, scanning and break-in attempts against other systems — or against Vibe itself;
  • working around credit metering, plan limits or a block, including through extra accounts;
  • reselling access to your account or your environment to other people.

Breaking any of this can cost you the account, and published apps get taken offline. Credits already spent are not returned in that case.

11. Published apps

A published app gets its own address on a Vibe subdomain, and on the top plan you can point your own domain at it instead. Everything inside that app is your responsibility: the content, the data your visitors leave there, and the rules that apply where you and they live. We can take a publication offline if it breaks section 10 or puts the platform at risk.

12. Environments, chat and files

Your conversation with the agent and your project files live exactly as long as the environment lives. Delete an environment and they go with it — we cannot bring them back. If a project matters to you, keep a copy somewhere else. Backups exist and are stored encrypted, but they are there so the platform can survive a failure, not as a personal archive to restore from on request.

13. What we do not promise

Vibe works as it is. There is no uptime guarantee: the service is in active development, things break, environments get restarted, and features, limits and prices change. Code written by an AI agent can be wrong, incomplete or insecure — test it and secure it before real people use it. Anything important that changes is announced in our Telegram channel.

14. Blocking and closing an account

You can walk away at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account — write to support from it and we will remove it along with the environments and data attached to it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the platform at risk, or disputes a payment that already went through. Where it is reasonable, we explain the reason first.

15. Liability

This is a one-person project, and the honest limit is this: beyond what the law requires of us anyway, our responsibility is capped at what you paid for Vibe in the 30 days before the problem. We are not responsible for lost profit, lost data, or for what code generated by the agent does after you ship it. The rights you have as a consumer where you live stay yours — nothing here removes them.

16. Disagreements

There is no arbitration clause and no legal department here. If something goes wrong, write first — almost everything turns out to be a misunderstanding that one message clears up. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the service grows. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the Telegram channel and inside the app. If you keep using Vibe after a change, that means you accept it.

18. Contact
